The Flexible payment option
The Flexible payment option allows a student to pay the Programme fee in instalments. This option is made available in the application form and should be selected before making the payment.
The following payment options are available for the Marketing Management Programme:
Pay the entire Programme fee of USD 7,500 at once.
The first instalment of USD 3,825 would be due immediately.
The final instalment of USD 3,825 is to be paid by October

Marketing Strategy
In Marketing Strategy module we will learn marketing strategy process, focus and purpose, market analysis and formulating strategies. The other part of this module will cover critical success factors (CSF) and leadership strategies.

Value Proposition
The value proposition module contains value chains and value networks. You will discover how to formulate value proposition and to unify positioning to meet requirements of different customer segments.

Module 3
Branding As a Strategic Instrument
This module will cover brand role, brand architectures and brand communications strategy. Then we will discuss economic efficiency of the brand and integrating the brand philosophy into the company's life.

Module 4
Preparing for Implementation
In Preparing for Implementation we will learn linking strategies to actions, functional strategies and plans. The other part of this module will cover strategic plan and marketing mix.

Module 5
Designing A Marketing Plan
In this module we will discuss the following topics: measures and controls, marketing plan and it`s structure, setting goals and KPI in marketing strategies. The module will also cover marketing dashboard and key marketing metrics.
1.Proven business executives who hold leadership positions one or two levels from the CEO in large organizations and have been identified as central to the company's succession plan—including members of executive committees, heads of major business units, senior heads of functions, and senior members of the operating group
2. Executives who hold C-suite level positions at midsize companies with significant growth opportunities.
3. Particularly appropriate for senior executives with at least 10 years of work experience, including significant time as a senior executive or company officer.
