The Flexible payment option allows a student to pay the Programme fee in instalments. This option is made available in the application form and should be selected before making the payment.

Leadership program gives managers efficient tools and skills in leadership practices to create more agile and productive employees. Students will learn the science of people in organizations, psychology of small groups and conflict-resolution techniques. The program also covers internal communications such as negotiations and self-positioning to become more confident and persuasive with the clients and colleagues.

Module 1
Management and Leadership Style
The first module will contain the following topics: the differences between the concepts of being efficient vs effective, understanding the traditional and contemporary views of leadership. We will also discuss the emotional foundation, formal and informal roles of leadership.

Self-Management
Self-Management module will cover self-confidence and willpower, releasing your own potential and sustaining motivation. You will learn how to set priorities, delegate your tasks and organize time-management.

Module 3
Leadership Personality
In the third module we will discuss the personality of a leader and why it is decisive, the tools for the «stage presence», appearance and charisma. You will also self-analyze how your are perceived by your peers, employees, supervisors and customers, as well as learningtips and tricks for the right outfit and appearance.

Module 4
Lenses for Leadership
This module contains situational leadership and leadership compass, BRAT model (Boundaries, Roles, Authority, Task). We will discuss the principles behind effective leadership in an era of change, globalization and digitalization.

Module 5
The Science of People in Organization
The Science of People in Organization will cover the part of structure and dynamics of a small group decision making, cultural, ideological and personal differences. We will also discover the origins of a group conflict and learn how to mediate these conflict subgroups.

Module 6
Leadership in Small Groups
In this module we will continue to discuss small groups and their dynamics. We will cover transactional analysis, the nature of authority and obedience, ego-state model and rules of communication.

Module 7
Leadership in Complex System (Successful Negotiations)
We will learn the ecosystem model of negotiations, planning for a negotiations, verbal and non-verbal communication and managing the negotiation. Win-win vs. Win-Lose models.

Module 8
Managing Individual Differences (may be elective)
In the elective module you will find such topics as the model of 4 preferences, male and female differences, extroversion vs extraversion, sensing vs intuition, thinking vs feeling, judgment vs perception and study Myers-Briggs model. And you will learn to evaluate who is suited for what kind of job better.

Work-Life Balance (may be elective)
There is also one elective module which contains examining your vision of what your personal life should be, career success without sacrificing your private life and recommendations for reducing stress when appearing in public and privately.
1.Proven business executives who hold leadership positions one or two levels from the CEO in large organizations and have been identified as central to the company's succession plan—including members of executive committees, heads of major business units, senior heads of functions, and senior members of the operating group
2. Executives who hold C-suite level positions at midsize companies with significant growth opportunities.
3. Particularly appropriate for senior executives with at least 10 years of work experience, including significant time as a senior executive or company officer.
