The first module covers challenges of the digital age, digital business models, domains of digital transformation and five customers behaviors in the digital world.
You will also understand how to work with the Big Data and learn the principles of successful innovation.

Digital Business Models: Executing a Digital Transformation
In this module, you will learn how to manage disruptive business models, six incumbent responses to a disruptive challenger, and the customer value and network effects.
We will discuss how to launch and grow digital platforms, govern them and design the right digital strategy for the traditional industry.
Your will learn how to create the roadmap for the digital transformation based on Digital Transformation Maturity Model 4.0

Module 3
Digital Marketing Strategy
We will speak about planning and executing digital marketing strategies and align them with the company's communication strategy.
This module also includes disciplines that cover information about channels and principles of digital advertising, how to measure the impact of marketing and top brands' practices with social networks.
1.Proven business executives who hold leadership positions one or two levels from the CEO in large organizations and have been identified as central to the company's succession plan—including members of executive committees, heads of major business units, senior heads of functions, and senior members of the operating group
2. Executives who hold C-suite level positions at midsize companies with significant growth opportunities.
3. Particularly appropriate for senior executives with at least 10 years of work experience, including significant time as a senior executive in IT or digital sphere.
